General information
Service offered: The Bridge provides a space for people to wash and dry their clothing, shower, access WIFI, get clothes and toiletries as well as eat a hot meal whilst socialising with others. Our caseworkers also support our guests and give advice with the following: Housing Applications / Benefit Applications / EU Settlement Scheme (EUSS) Applications. Connecting with a GP or Dentist. Job Applications/Writing a CV. Accessing Mental Health and Wellbeing Support. Accessing One-to-One Mentoring (The Lighthouse Project). Our mentoring service provides both face-to-face support to those facing social isolation but also a telephone support for those who are isolated in their homes and struggle with leaving or accessing services in person. Mentoring is provided for 3-6months.
Target group: People experiencing homelessness or who are at-risk of becoming homeless, including those who are temporary or unsuitable accommodation.
