Service offered: Advice, information and representation for people facing disadvantage, including older and disabled people and those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS. We also offer translation and Interpretation assistance and services. Subjects dealt with include debt, immigration, benefits, housing and homelessness, employment, family mediation, HIV/AIDS. Translation and interpreting, signposting and referrals.

Target group: People facing disadvantage, mainly but not exclusively from the African communities.
