General information

Service offered: Advice for Gloucester residents on welfare benefits (limited service), housing rights for tenants in Gloucestershire, according to income levels (eviction, homelessness and serious disrepair only). Family advice according to levels of income (legal aid). Asylum advice for residents of Gloucestershire, Bristol and North Somerset. Currently trying to recruit for Asylum and Family but have had no interest no interest in either post

How to contact: Our drop in Reception Service is closed with immediate effect due to Coronavirus pandemic. Correspondence and service of proceedings: Our offices will not be staffed until further notice. This is in line with Government guidance to encourage all employees to work from home wherever possible to protect our clients and staff. Post sent to the Office may not be seen or dealt with immediately during this emergency phase. Please ensure all correspondence is sent to us by email.
