Service offered: Drop-in Thursdays for destitute asylum seekers at St Aidans Community Hall, Harehills. Provides hot meals, food parcels, toiletries, clothing, nappies and other baby items and small hardship payments. Also mental health worker. York Street health practice at Thurs drop-in. Support for destitute pregnant women until they are entitled to support at 7 months.
Target group: Asylum seekers who have no recourse to public funds, who are homeless.
Area served: Leeds and surrounding areas.
