General information
Service offered: Legal advice for the general public and for staff and students of Queen Mary University of London. Advice on employment, landlord and tenant, consumer and contract law, family law, immigration, intellectual property law, image based sexual abuse, criminal law, company law, wills and probate matters, applications for lasting power of attorney, special educational needs (primary and secondary), welfare benefits form filling applications (Personal Independence Payments) and Universal Credit and Employment Support Allowance work capability questionnaires and Mandatory Reconsiderations Universal Credit and Employment Support Allowance, fitness to practice investigations by the NMC and GDC, Migrant Right’s advice, family and immigration law advice for LGBTQ+ community, civil actions against the police, Windrush Compensation and form filling service for non-molestation and occupation orders.
