Service offered: Supporting unpaid carers, young and adult in Moray, to ease their caring role, have more of a life of their own and be more focused on their own health and wellbeing in order to be better able to continue caring. To include: Carer support planning. Advice and information. Learning opportunities. Access to respite/short breaks for carers. Emergency/future planning. Peer support. Counselling
