Service offered: Northlands is open 2 days a week ( Wednesday and Thursday) for people with multiple sclerosis, providing a range of activities. Support and Information about MS. Cooked lunch and refreshments. Hairdressing. Supervised exercise bike sessions. Trips and outings. Socials such as Quiz Night and BBQs.
