Service offered: Free and confidential service for older and disabled home owners and private tenants in carrying out repairs, improvements and adaptations to enable people to continue to live independently at home. Assistance/advice regarding grants, contractors and liaising with contractors to arrange work. Small Repairs Service available including joinery and electrical work. Emphasis is on home security and safety.
Target group: Home owners and private tenants aged 60+, disabled people aged 50+.
Area served: East Lothian - Haddington, Musselburgh, Dunbar, North Berwick, Tranent, Prestonpans and surrounds.
