General information

Service offered: Rough Sleeper Outreach Service. We specialise in providing immediate and wide-ranging support (from housing to health) for anyone who finds themselves, or is reported to be, sleeping rough. We are the primary referral point for Rough Sleeping in Mendip

Target group: People sleeping rough, homeless or at risk of homelessness and those struggling with addiction.

Area served: Mendip District - Wells, Glastonbury, Street and Shepton Mallet.

How to contact: Drop-ins: Wednesday 12pm - 2pm, Friday 12pm - 2pm (Limited during coronavirus pandemic. Please check website for up to date information), phone (01749 677097) , email or via website.

Friday: 9am-5pm


Office Hours: Mon/Tues 9am - 3pm, Wed 9am - 4pm, Thurs/Fri 9am - 5pm (an Outreach worker may not always be available)
