General information
Service offered: Rough Sleeper Outreach Service. We specialise in providing immediate and wide-ranging support (from housing to health) for anyone who finds themselves, or is reported to be, sleeping rough. We are the primary referral point for Rough Sleeping in Mendip
Target group: People sleeping rough, homeless or at risk of homelessness and those struggling with addiction.
Area served: Mendip District - Wells, Glastonbury, Street and Shepton Mallet.
