General information

Service offered: Practical support to refugees, asylum-seekers and people with a refugee background living in Devon. We provide a drop-in service twice a week where we offer practical support in areas such as help with - finding a job, completing forms, finding educational courses, claiming benefits, finding housing etc. We also offer support with English language – enrolling in college, home tuition where appropriate, free and informal English conversation classes. We have an allotment which both volunteers and clients can visit regularly to socialise and grow vegetables.

Target group: Refugees, asylum seekers and vulnerable non-EU migrants with insecure immigration status in Devon.
