Service offered: Equipment & Information Centre for blind and partially sighted people, their families and carers. Provides advice, equipment, information, technology ,volunteer visiting service, social and support groups and a quarterly newsletter in large print, audio or Braille. Eye Clinic Liaison Officer Information and support service at York Hospital. Also offers training on sight loss awareness for other organisations and businesses, and a National Lottery-funded outreach project helping visually impaired people to access groups and activities in the community.
