General information
Service offered: Professional, affordable, weekly, one-to-one in person or online counselling, for up to 24 weeks with experienced counsellors, through self-referral. For adults experiencing common mental health difficulties: depression and anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement and loss, stress, physical/emotional/sexual abuse, low self-esteem, mild alcohol and drug problems, challenging life experiences, difficulties at university or home. We also offer placements for those on BACP, UKCP, BPC accredited training courses. BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited Service.
Target group: Adults aged 18+.
