Service offered: Culturally sensitive service for people of African and Caribbean heritage aged 18-65 who are experiencing mental ill health. Supported accommodation. Community outreach service. Acute advocacy. Carers support. Resource centre with activities and meals.
Target group: African and African Caribbean people with mental health problems and their carers.
Area served: Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, North Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.
