Service offered: Info Line offers unique telephone and email support and aims to open every morning (excluding bank holidays): Please note that at busy times, it may be difficult to get through to a volunteer, or occasionally we are closed due to sickness or absences. Please email us your query or leave a message, and we will get back to you within one week.
Target group: People with mental health problems and those experiencing emotional distress, LGBTQ+, Refugees
