Our Sensory Matters service launched in October 2023 providing information, advice and guidance to anyone in Worcestershire who is blind, vision impaired, Deaf, hard of hearing, have dual sensory loss or is deafblind. We have a team of Sensory Impairment Advisors who can offer information and advice, signpost or make referrals to specialists and other services that can offer additional support. Services include befriending, Connections Groups across the county, low vision clinic provided by the NHS, and technology advice to enable people to maintain their independence.
