Waterloo Community Counselling
The Affordable & Accessible Counselling service offers low and no cost counselling services to ensure that everyone can access the support they need. Fees are reduced to make therapy affordable and accessible for individuals from all backgrounds. The Multilingual Counselling for Refugees & Asylum-Seekers service provides free mother-tongue counselling to migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. See their website for a list of the languages that they can offer support in currently. WCC also runs various social activity groups for its isolated service users, including regular meetups for Refugees and Asylum-Seekers as well as a gardening club. These activities range from cultural excursions to hands-on workshops, designed to bring refugees and asylum-seekers together.

Kingston upon Thames Association for the Blind
Kingston upon Thames Association for the Blind (KAB) was established in 1966 and has been championing the interests of blind and partially sighted residents in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames since 1966. KAB works in close partnership with the Local Authority, including the Sight and Hearing Service, to enhance support for the visually impaired community. KAB supports a wide range of activities and initiatives, including: Kingston Talking Newspaper. Activities – Ten Pin Bowling, Lawn Bowls, Audio book club, Tech Sessions, Social Lunch clubs with exercise sessions and Quiz and Tandem sessions. Eye Buddy Scheme – pairing volunteers with visually impaired individuals for companionship and support KAB is always looking for new volunteers to assist with both one-off tasks, such as sewing, day trips, or events and ongoing roles like regular home visits. Membership is free and open to anyone residing in the borough and its surroundings who is visually impaired, as well as those interested in supporting their wellbeing.

Kingston Women's Centre
Kingston Women’s Centre is a long standing charity run by women for women. Since 1982, we have supported thousands of women with their well-being through our low cost counselling service. Our aim is to provide affordable counselling for women of all ages, ethnicities and backgrounds within the local community. EACH Counselling & Support
Group programes are offered from the Ealing office around topics such as recovery, abstinence, and sexual identity. Individuals can self-fund or be funded through their local authority services. A paid counselling service is offered in Ealing, and is open to individuals from all London boroughs. Project Ascent – Women’s service: Free counselling and groups support around Domestic & Violence for residents of Hounslow, Wandsworth, Merton, Richmond, Kingston, Brent & Harrow. Awaaz – Women’s service: Free counselling around Domestic Violence for residents of HILLINGDON, Harrow, Ealing, Brent & Hounslow. Counselling is offered in a variety of community languages including Albanian, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu and English. Floating Support Services - Ealing: Free service for Ealing residents, providing assistance with housing issues and other related issues such as debt management, bill payment etc. Brent Youth Offenders Service: Referrals through Brent Probation Services. Tamil Mental Health Project: counselling and support for members of the Tamil community in HILLINGDON experiencing mental health issues linked to trauma and experiences of the Sri Lankan conflict. The Jasmine Project: women’s project offering counselling and group support for residents of Ealing. Specialisms in working with women who have multiple issues such as trauma, mental health, domestic violence and problematic drug and alcohol use.
