National charity working on behalf of children and young people with epilepsy. Provides diagnosis, assessment and rehabilitation services. Also has a specialist school and college, providing day and residential services, up to the age of 25, offering education and healthcare for children and young people with epilepsy, autism and other neurological conditions. For those in distress or requiring urgent support, Young Epilepsy has partnered with Shout to offer free, confidential, 24/7 text support to young people and families living with epilepsy. Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC is the UK's first Romanian-led domestic abuse support organisation, providing specialist, culturally and linguistically informed advocacy for Romanian and wider Eastern European survivors of domestic abuse.\n\n We deliver our services entirely online across all UK local authorities, removing geographical barriers and ensuring survivors can access specialist support wherever they live. Our approach combines practical advocacy, legal and welfare guidance, emotional support, and coordinated referrals, enabling survivors to navigate complex systems safely and confidently.\n\n Our core services include:\n • A freephone domestic abuse helpline (0800 098 2730), providing direct access to trained advocates.\n • One-to-one domestic abuse advocacy, including safety planning, risk assessment, and ongoing emotional and practical support.\n • Casework and referrals to refuges, solicitors, and specialist domestic abuse services across the UK.\n • Practical guidance on housing, welfare benefits, immigration, family law, and related issues affecting survivors.\n • Weekly online support groups for women who are preparing to leave abusive relationships or rebuilding their lives after abuse.\n All services are provided free of charge in both Romanian and English by a dedicated volunteer team comprising qualified lawyers, social workers, mental health professionals, accredited interpreters, and trained domestic abuse advocates.\n\n Lotus works in partnership with specialist domestic abuse organisations, refuges, legal professionals, and statutory agencies to coordinate wraparound support tailored to each survivor's circumstances.\n\n Our founder and CEO is a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) and a NALP-registered Affiliate Paralegal, providing professional leadership to the organisation and ensuring that our services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and survivor-centred.\n\n By addressing the unique linguistic, cultural, and systemic barriers faced by Romanian and Eastern European survivors, Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC ensures that women and families can access safe, informed, and effective support regardless of where they are in the UK.

Financial Services Authority (FSA) Consumer Helpline
The Financial Services Authority (FSA) Helpline is open between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday offering both an automated publication request service and advisers to take your call. We do not deal with specific consumer complaints, recommend firms or give legal advice, however, the Consumer Helpline can answer general queries about financial products and services. It can also tell you if a firm is authorised and help 'sign post' you if you have a complaint and don't know who to contact.
