Vale Community Impact (VCI) serves the communities of Wantage, Faringdon, Watchfield, Shrivenham, and the surrounding villages within the Vale of White Horse District. VCI provides three main services: 1.Advice Services: This includes support on topics such as debt, benefits, employment, consumer rights, and more. 2. Transport Scheme: VCI offers transportation to hospitals, doctors, and day centers for individuals who are unable to use public transport. 3. Good Neighbour Scheme: This service supports elderly and vulnerable individuals by offering assistance with befriending and shopping. Additionally, VCI hosts pop-up cafés every 2-3 weeks in village halls to help combat loneliness.
