The Halo Project Charity offers victims support, advocacy and specialist Honour-Based Violence, Female Genital Mutilation and Forced Marriage advice. We offer a confidential and free service to our victims when assisting them with any issues they may be facing. Our trained advisors and members of staff are aware of the cultural sensitivity that comes into play when dealing with the above issues.We work with a range of agencies and safeguarding partnerships across the UK providing specialist advice and information so that the correct level of risk has been identified. This ensures victims are offered the necessary intervention without any compromise. We offer professional advice to agencies, which includes training, raising awareness, workshops, conferences and tailored solutions. Our team is also experienced in developing procedures and policies in line with multi-agency statutory guidelines issued by the Forced Marriage Unit.
