Volunteers provide help such as befriending, emergency shopping, transport, pushing wheelchairs, walking dogs, sitting in to relieve carers, and basic practical tasks. Day centre 11am-2pm on Tuesdays for disabled elderly people. Seated exercise classes.

Salvation Army - Norwich Citadel Day Care Centre

Day care for older people. Tea and biscuits on arrival, lunch and afternoon tea. Trained care assistants help with giving baths.
