Advice, information and support for Asian carers. Provide home based respite care to enable carers to take a break (maximum 2 hours a week per family at discounted charge of £3.99 per hour). Support for isolated elderly people and ensure clients access services they are entitled to. Assessments and referrals to statutory and other services. Home help with light housework and shopping. Escort people to hospital and appointments.
