Working in partnership with West London NHS Trust, the Anchor Counselling service and Twining Enterprise this service provides free talking therapy and employment support for people (18+) who are registered with a GP in the London Borough of Hounslow. The service offers counselling, workshops, groups and guided self-help programmes for common mental health difficulties such as anxiety disorders, depression and stress.
