Crossroads Together

Range of practical and emotional support for carers and people with care needs. Carer support workers offer respite care in people's own homes, enabling the carer to have a break. Specialist services include the Crossroads Macmillan palliative care service, a young carers project, Take-a-Break group and a social skills group for people with Asperger's.

East Cheshire Hospice

Palliative care for people with an advanced illness for which all treatment has been exhausted. 15 in-patient beds offering 24 hour care and 15 day care places. Ongoing support for patients, relatives and carers. Bereavement counselling and support, including self-help group, facilitated group work and home visits.
