Crossroads Together

Range of practical and emotional support for carers and people with care needs. Carer support workers offer respite care in people's own homes, enabling the carer to have a break. Specialist services include palliative care services, young carers projects, Take-a-Break groups, carers support and advise services and social skills group for people with Asperger's.

Nugent - Housing Support Unit

Housing Support Unit provides a homeless accommodation service with an expected length of stay of up to 6 months. The service provides support for clients to develop the skills to move on to their own independent tenancies. Referrals to the service must be completed via The Mainstay System - contact number 0151 600 3547. Starter packs such as bedding, pots and pans etc can be accessed for our clients via our fund raising.
