Herefordshire and Worcestershire Talking Therapies

Part of the NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, this service is free, easy to access (self-referral is possible) and offers help and support to people (16+) experiencing mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety or stress. The service aims to improve individual’s mental wellbeing through a range of interventions such as short courses, online therapies, and guided self- help.
