Our Pop In advice and information centre is a welcoming space for Service personnel and veterans to get practical help and advice, and for members of the public to find out more about the wide range of services and community activities provided by the Legion.

Advice, support and assistance for women and their children experiencing domestic abuse. Referrals to refuges and other emergency accommodation. Advice on related legal issues, eg injunctions. 24 hour on call helpline service. Floating support in their own homes for women and their families who have experienced domestic abuse. West Mercia Rape & Sexual Abuse Support Centre

A free, confidential and non-judgmental support service for individuals who have experienced any form of rape or sexual abuse at any time in their lives. Services include face to face counselling, telephone helpline, Independent Sexual Violence Advocacy services, The Branch Project (Child Sexual Exploitation support services) and Children and Young People’s services. Also provide support to partners, family members and friends of survivors. TIC+

TIC+ is a charity working with young people aged 9-21. Free Face to Face and Online ‘text chat’ counselling, advice and support for young people around issues including bullying, physical and sexual abuse, family breakdown, alcohol and substance misuse, homelessness, bereavement. Counselling for families with at least one child aged 9-21. Helpline for parents, young people and professionals working with them.

Herefordshire Mind

Range of services for people with mental health needs, including day opportunities and training courses in Hereford. Also provide residential care, intensive supported housing for individuals within the community and a Community Support Team offering one-to-one support across Herefordshire. There is also a Safe Haven service for people in emotional distress, who need urgent support with their mental health. Also, a team of link workers to provide one to one support for mental health needs.
