Nugent - Housing Support Unit

Housing Support Unit provides a homeless accommodation service with an expected length of stay of up to 6 months. The service provides support for clients to develop the skills to move on to their own independent tenancies. Referrals to the service must be completed via The Mainstay System - contact number 0151 600 3547. Starter packs such as bedding, pots and pans etc can be accessed for our clients via our fund raising.

The service consists of a frontline service run by Citizens Advice for general advice queries. This is located in our libraries and Fred Perry House. We also have an in house team providing specialist benefit appeal and debt advice. The specialist team is based at Fred Perry House.
