Wigan Youth Zone

Life is more complex than ever before, so the Youth Zone have trained staff on hand to help young people make sense of the challenges they face from staying safe to choosing a healthy lifestyle. Young people can get support with: Drug awareness, sexual health, body image, mediation, one to one support, bullying, domestic skills, relationships, domestic violence, transition from school, smoking cessation, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender support and counseling around bereavement, self-harm and depression. Other services offered include sports hall/gym.

Nugent - Housing Support Unit

Housing Support Unit provides a homeless accommodation service with an expected length of stay of up to 6 months. The service provides support for clients to develop the skills to move on to their own independent tenancies. Starter packs such as bedding, pots and pans etc can be accessed for our clients via our fund raising.
