This service provides self-contained leased and managed properties in Wrexham, to individuals in need of housing, including those moving on from supported or insecure housing. Our support includes intensive housing management support which is additional to the services an ordinary landlord might provide. Support includes the provision of repairs and maintenance, out-of-hours emergency service, an increased number of health & safety visits and inspections, and on-going liaison with other agencies involved in the provision of services to the tenant.
