Provision of a bond guarantee certificate in lieu of the cash bonds required by private sector landlords and letting agents (to guarantee deposits). Also offer information to applicants, landlords and tenants regarding to the private rented sector and benefit issues. Part of a wider Private Rented Sector Access Team (PRS Access Team) which includes a tenancy support worker and a landlord support worker.
