Multi-ethnic counselling service provides mother tongue and culturally sensitive counselling via language counsellors or interpreters for 12 weeks. Multi-ethnic counselling service works with BAME and migrant referrals, and people who may not be entitled to access statutory services beyond primary care.

A free and confidential NHS service, IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) is a national programme offering a range of psychological therapies to adults (17+), registered with a Croydon GP and living with mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, phobias and stress.
