Mosaic Clubhouse

Mosaic Clubhouse is a vibrant organisation run as a partnership between its members and staff providing personalised community support to promote people's recovery from mental health difficulties. Clubhouse members actively participate in all operational and administrative functions of the Clubhouse and the services it provides to members and visitors. Our daytime services (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm) include engagement with our three work units (Cafe and Garden, Business and Administration, Employment Education and Information), support to access and sustain paid employment and a walk-in information, signposting and referral service accessible to the general public. We also offer an Evening Sanctuary (7 days per week 6pm – 12am), which provides a safe and welcoming environment for people experiencing a mental health crisis. Access to the Sanctuary is by referral from a healthcare professional.

Indoamerican Refugee and Migrant Organisation (IRMO)

IRMO is a community-led organisation that provides Latin Americans with tools and information in an empowering process to build secure, independent, and integrated lives in the UK. We have been working with the Latin American, Spanish and Portuguese speaking communities for over 30 years. We are a grassroots, open-doors organisation, embedded in the Latin American community. Working with around 18 different nationalities, we offer a holistic approach spanning four key areas: advice and wellbeing; education, training and employment; children, young people and community. We offer advice in immigration, EU Settlement Scheme support and advice in welfare, housing and taxes. English classes for adults, employment support and mentoring for adults. Family Project: homework club, English classes and artistic activities for children aged 5-12, general support for families. Latin American Youth Forum: English classes, mentoring and creative activities for young people aged 13-20.

Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC

Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC is the UK's first Romanian-led domestic abuse support organisation, providing specialist, culturally and linguistically informed advocacy for Romanian and wider Eastern European survivors of domestic abuse.\n\n We deliver our services entirely online across all UK local authorities, removing geographical barriers and ensuring survivors can access specialist support wherever they live. Our approach combines practical advocacy, legal and welfare guidance, emotional support, and coordinated referrals, enabling survivors to navigate complex systems safely and confidently.\n\n Our core services include:\n • A freephone domestic abuse helpline (0800 098 2730), providing direct access to trained advocates.\n • One-to-one domestic abuse advocacy, including safety planning, risk assessment, and ongoing emotional and practical support.\n • Casework and referrals to refuges, solicitors, and specialist domestic abuse services across the UK.\n • Practical guidance on housing, welfare benefits, immigration, family law, and related issues affecting survivors.\n • Weekly online support groups for women who are preparing to leave abusive relationships or rebuilding their lives after abuse.\n All services are provided free of charge in both Romanian and English by a dedicated volunteer team comprising qualified lawyers, social workers, mental health professionals, accredited interpreters, and trained domestic abuse advocates.\n\n Lotus works in partnership with specialist domestic abuse organisations, refuges, legal professionals, and statutory agencies to coordinate wraparound support tailored to each survivor's circumstances.\n\n Our founder and CEO is a qualified Independent Domestic Violence Advocate (IDVA) and a NALP-registered Affiliate Paralegal, providing professional leadership to the organisation and ensuring that our services are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and survivor-centred.\n\n By addressing the unique linguistic, cultural, and systemic barriers faced by Romanian and Eastern European survivors, Lotus Justice & Support Centre CIC ensures that women and families can access safe, informed, and effective support regardless of where they are in the UK.

Creche with early years sessional care, breakfast club and after school club for primary age children. ESOL and literacy classes and Senior Citizens group.

St Christopher’s Candle Children and Young People’s Bereavement Service

Bereavement counselling for children, young people and families. Individual and group counselling. Information sessions and support groups for parent and carers. Training and consultancy for parent/carers and professionals around bereavement issues. Telephone support to anyone who is supporting a child or young person who has been bereaved.

Groundswell

Provides support for people experiencing homelessness to access healthcare. Works to enable homeless and vulnerable people to take more control of their lives, have a greater influence on services and to play a fuller role in their community.

Three Boroughs Health Care - Homeless People Service

Primary health care services in hostels, day centres and other settings for homeless people in Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark. Services provided by GP, nurse, dentist and chiropodist. Liaise with Accident and Emergency departments.

African Advocacy Foundation

Advocacy, education and support for African refugees and asylum seekers. Family support. Education and mentoring for young people, including CV preparation, help with job applications, interview skills, jobsearch. IT courses, literacy and numeracy classes.

Waterloo Community Counselling

The Affordable & Accessible Counselling service offers low and no cost counselling services to ensure that everyone can access the support they need. Fees are reduced to make therapy affordable and accessible for individuals from all backgrounds. The Multilingual Counselling for Refugees & Asylum-Seekers service provides free mother-tongue counselling to migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers. WCC also runs various social activity groups for its isolated service users, including regular meetups for Refugees and Asylum-Seekers as well as a gardening club. These activities range from cultural excursions to hands-on workshops, designed to bring refugees and asylum-seekers together.
