Riverside Money Advice

Free face-to-face debt advice and help completing forms and making calls. Benefits checks, budgeting help, utility bills, Universal Credit, Council Tax… and lots more. A free term-time café runs Wednesdays 10-2.30pm and provides free tea/coffee, friendship and home-baked cakes alongside a money advice drop-in – you can just turn up and bring your questions and paperwork with you. Appointments are available on other days of the week for cases that require further help. We only serve Birmingham residents in the B11, B12, B13 and B14 postcodes of Birmingham, and do not handle PIP/DLA unless part of the debt-advice/budgeting case.

Dementia UK is the specialist dementia nursing charity that is there for the whole family. Our nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide life-changing advice and support for families affected by dementia. As experts in the condition, they help families through the fear and confusion of dementia. From sharing practical tips for caring to offering compassionate emotional support and helping families plan for the future, they are there when people need them most. Admiral Nurses work on the free Dementia Helpline, in virtual and face-to-face clinics, and in the community, including hospitals, GP practices, care homes and hospices.
